To maximize usable space for the owner, Greencoast installed an underground stormwater retention basin beneath the parking area, allowing for efficient stormwater management without sacrificing valuable surface space.

Working alongside Pancoast & Clifford, Inc., the Greencoast team helped deliver a major renovation and expansion of the grounds maintenance facility at Applebrook Golf Club.
The project began with demolition of aging, unrepairable structures to make way for a modern, more efficient operations center. Site improvements included infrastructure for a grass digester, concrete commodity bins, fueling island, and support for over 11,000 square feet of new workshop, office, and storage space.
The completed facility now provides the Applebrook grounds team with a modern, efficient, and long-lasting operations center designed to support the high standards of one of the region’s premier golf properties.

In 2018, Greencoast Site Prep, Inc. (formerly Leon Ray Martin Excavating Inc.) was brought in to replace another contractor on a challenging 50-unit residential subdivision.
Difficult rock conditions, drainage concerns, and unfinished infrastructure created a complex environment that required problem-solving, technical precision, and close coordination with local officials. Greencoast stepped in to complete the majority of the site utilities, stormwater infrastructure, grading, sidewalks, curbing, and paving while addressing deficiencies left behind.
Working alongside the developer, homeowners, and municipal authorities, our team made critical repairs, design adjustments, and code corrections to help move the development toward successful dedication.
What began as a troubled project was brought back on track through experience, technology, communication, and a commitment to doing the job right.
