New Auto Dealership - Limerick, PA

The Greencoast team finished a new Auto Dealership in Limerick, PA with Paul Risk Construction in 2020. Preperation for this building site consisted of about two acres of wooded land clearing, 10,000cy of topsoil stripping, and cut to fill operations. A 5000cy Retention Basin was installed under 65,000sf of parking lot to help manage storm sewer under ground providing the most possible usable space for the customer. Greencoast was able to source good structural fill to avoid the job coming to a stop in the dead of winter. By spring of 2020 cars were available on the lot and doors were open to this beautiful new dealership.

New Equine Center for Fun E Farm T.O.O. - Gilbertsville, PA

This beautiful equine center was developed on just over two acres of pasture on a farm in Gilbertsville, PA. We cannot thank the Owners enough for their repeat bussiness over the years! Our team installed all storm sewer basins with amended soils, utilities to the buildings, and graded and seeded the site per plan. Ground-Up Church Complex - Ephrata, PA

Sub-contracted by another repeat customer; Mike Kossick Consulting, our team completed this church ground-up project on time and within budjet! The Highpoint Community Church in Ephrata PA kicked things off with a beautiful ground breaking ceremony, and we set to work on this new 32,000SF church building pad with almost 2.5 acres of parking. Today a thriving congregation enjoys the benefits of our quality work and affordable price for their investment. Warehousing and Parking Lot Expansion - Mt Aetna, PA

Scenic Ridge Construction awarded Greencoast Site Prep Inc the opportunity to team with them on a significant warehouse and truck parking expansion just north of Myerstown, PA. The job consisted of an import of more than 40,000 cubic yards of fill (2900 truck loads), on a 15 acre site with more than 5,500sf of retaining walls, over 7 acres of parking, and a 40,000sf building addition. 

Residential Development - Terre Hill, PA

Greencoast Site Prep Inc formerly Leon Ray Martin Excavating Inc. was called in 2018 to replace a contractor on a challenging fifty unit residential sub division. Both Rock and Poor Drainage made this project a good tool for further educating our team about residential work. Greencoast stepped in and finished the majority of the utilities, storm sewer, grading, sidewalks, curbing, and paving for this development committee. Together with local authorities Greencoast made numerous repairs and adjustments to satisfy code, correct issues, satisfy home owners, and put the development back on track for dedication.

Golf Course Maitenance Facility Improvements and Expansion - Malvern, PA

Greencoast Site Prep teamed with Pancoast & Clifford Inc. for the beautiful renovation and large addition of the grounds maintenace department at Applebrook Golf Course. Demolition was performed on the existing unrepairable buildings to make way for a much more efficient facility complete with grass digester, 1200 square feet of concrete commodity bins, fueling island, and 11,000 square feet of new work shop, offices, and storage.
